Terms of Service

These terms apply to the LingFrame AI website and Android App, describing the usage rules for accounts, AI creation, content security, Google Play subscriptions, credits and other services.

Acceptance and scope of application

Welcome to LingFrame AI. visit lingframeai.com, download or use Android App (package name ai.lingframe.app ), register an account or purchase services, it means that you have read and agreed to these terms and privacy policy。

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue to use the service.

Eligibility and Account Security

You must meet the minimum age required in your region to consent independently to digital services; LingFrame AI is not intended for children under 13 years of age. Users who have not reached the legal age of majority should obtain the consent of their guardian.

You are expected to provide accurate account information, properly protect your login credentials, and be responsible for activities that occur under your account. Accounts may not be shared, sold, impersonated, or bypass access, region, membership, credits, and concurrency limits. If you discover any unauthorized use, please contact us immediately through App Feedback.

AI services and results

The service can generate pictures or videos based on the text, pictures, reference materials, templates and parameters you submit. AI output is probabilistic: it may be inaccurate, incomplete, not unique, flawed, or not entirely consistent with the prompts. Different users may obtain the same or similar results.

You should review your output for authenticity, safety, rights status and suitability before publishing, commercially using or relying on it. Services and outputs are not intended to be relied upon as medical, legal, financial, security or other professional advice, nor may they be used in high-risk scenarios where assurance of true identity, facts or results is required.

We can adjust models, build parameters, processing times, available regions, and content security measures, but we don't guarantee that a model or feature will be permanently available.

Your content and authorization

You retain the rights to your legally owned prompt, uploaded materials and output. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license necessary to provide the Services to enable us and our authorized service providers to host, copy, transmit, format, analyze and process such content to perform generation, store records, display results, secure and provide support.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the copyright, portrait rights, privacy rights, trademark rights and other permissions necessary to upload and process the content;
  • where identifiable individuals (especially minors) are involved, you have obtained full, clear and provable consent;
  • Your content and use will not infringe the rights of others, violate the law, or these Terms;
  • You will not misleadingly claim the Output to be actual events, official documents, or true, unedited records.

You may not use the Services to create, upload, distribute or facilitate the following content or conduct:

  • Child sexual exploitation, child nudity, or any content harmful to minors;
  • Non-consensual intimate images, pornographic deepfakes, sextortion, or illegal content whose primary purpose is sexual gratification;
  • Impersonation, fraud, phishing, false identities, misleading political content, or deceptive media that could be mistaken for real evidence;
  • Hate, harassment, bullying, threats, extreme violence, encouragement of self-harm or harm directed at a protected group;
  • Instructions on illegal activities, malicious code, weapons or dangerous behavior, or to circumvent law enforcement, security and content filtering;
  • Content that infringes upon intellectual property, portrait, privacy, trade secret or other rights;
  • Automated abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, service disruption, key theft or unauthorized resale.

You may not attempt to circumvent security measures by splitting prompts, encoding, substituting words, or otherwise.

Content review and reporting

When submitting a creation, we first check the account number, input format and task parameters; the generation service provider may refuse input or output according to its security rules. The reported work and account behavior will be reviewed by the operator based on task records, reporting materials and these Terms. Automatic checks cannot detect all illegal content, and successful generation does not mean that the content has been approved.

If you find inappropriate AI output, rights infringement or other security issues, please Public contact information for the Help Center Submit a report; logged in users can also select "Content and Copyright" in "Contact Us" on the Web, or in the App "My → Settings → Feedback" Submit. Please include a link to the work or task number, a description of the problem, and the necessary proof of your claim. Do not submit a password or complete payment information.

After receiving a report, we will record and check the identifiable work or task, limit its display or generation if necessary, request supplementary materials, and conduct manual review. Based on the verification results, we may refuse to generate, remove illegal content, restrict functions, suspend or terminate accounts; for unsubstantiated reports, we may retain the content. If more time is needed for verification, we will inform you of the progress through the original contact information. When a task fails due to security rules, credits will handle it according to the page display and applicable rules.

If you think the processing result is wrong, you can submit a review through the original reporting channel and explain the task number, original processing result and reason for objection. We will have our personnel review the relevant records and respond. If the law requires that evidence be retained or the competent authority be notified, the matter shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.

SUBSCRIPTIONS, credits AND REFUNDS

Subscriptions and credits merchandise within the Android App are provided through Google Play Billing. Once the Web Checkout is open, Web orders are processed by the payment platform indicated on the checkout page. The actual price, currency, taxes, renewal period and regional availability are subject to the corresponding purchase interface.

  • The subscription will automatically renew according to the period shown on the purchase interface, unless you cancel before the deadline specified by the corresponding payment platform;
  • Android subscriptions can be canceled in Google Play; Web subscriptions can be canceled on the subscription page of the Web account or the entrance provided by the payment platform. Deleting the App or LingFrame AI account will not automatically cancel your subscription;
  • credits is only used for the specified generation capacity within the service. It is not a currency and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or used outside the service;
  • Submitted tasks may be frozen or credits may be deducted; tasks due to system failure and in compliance with product rules will be returned to credits according to the displayed results;
  • Refunds are determined by the corresponding payment platform policies, purchase page instructions, and applicable law. Consumer rights required by law are not limited by these Terms.

intellectual property

LingFrame AI's software, interface, branding, logo, template layout, documentation, code and service infrastructure are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer these rights to you, except for a limited, revocable, non-transferable license required for normal use of the Services.

The rights you may assert with respect to the output depend on applicable law, input content rights and third-party model terms. We do not guarantee that any output will be exclusive, copyrightable or will not infringe third party rights.

Service changes and third-party services

The service depends on networks, cloud storage, Google, Google Play, Firebase and third-party AI model providers. Maintenance, upstream failures, regional restrictions, policy changes or force majeure may cause delays, interruptions or changes to features. We take reasonable steps to restore service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies. When you access a third-party website or service through an external link, you establish a direct relationship with the corresponding third party.

Termination and account deletion

You can stop using the Service and follow Account Deletion Section of Privacy Policy Submit a removal request within the app or on the web. Before deleting your account, please save the required works and process the still valid subscriptions on Google Play.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate service if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, create a security risk, infringe others’ rights, engage in fraud, or if the law requires us to act. Transaction, security and dispute records that must be kept by law are not deleted immediately when an account is terminated.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We give no warranties beyond those required by law regarding the accuracy, originality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, continued availability or non-infringement of outputs.

Our liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, reliance on AI outputs, user content or third-party services is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. No limitation excludes liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, harm to life or health, or liability that consumer protection law does not allow to be excluded.

Governing Laws, Updates and Contact

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable when the Services are provided to you and do not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live. When a dispute occurs, both parties should first negotiate through reasonable means; if it cannot be resolved, it can be submitted to a court with jurisdiction or a legally applicable dispute resolution agency.

We may update these terms when features, business arrangements or laws change and will show the new effective date on this page. We will notify you of significant changes through an in-app notice or another reasonable method. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect indicates acceptance of the updated terms, except where the law provides otherwise.
