Delete account

Please confirm before deleting

First download any creations you want to keep. Once deletion is complete, the account and associated creation history cannot be recovered. If generation tasks are running, purchase entitlements are unresolved or records need checking, our staff will contact you first.

If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel renewal separately in Google Play first. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a store subscription. See Refund policy。

Submit a removal request

In the Android app, verify your identity under “Profile → Settings → Delete account”. If you cannot use the app, complete the form below. After receiving your request, we verify account ownership before processing deletion.

Data processing

After verification, we delete or de-identify data associated with the account. Transaction, security and dispute records required by law, and restricted backup copies, may be kept for the necessary period. We normally complete the request or provide a progress update within 30 days of receiving a verifiable request. For details, see Account Deletion Section of Privacy Policy。
